Team building

At Love Guatemala, the staff is continually working to grow in their faith and their leadership. They do devotionals together and work often on team building.They recently participated in training to help them learn to plan and coordinate school events and activities.

As a ministry, we host many activities for the students and people of the community. Learning skills to improve that will make events go even better as well as helping the staff work together.With every new skill learned, it is another way that Love Guatemala can grow stronger and serve the community of Magdalena.
More than that, though, the skills learned can help the Gospel to be spread to more people.
